Post – Credit Officer

Eligibility criteria 

1. Age Less than 26 years.

2. Qualification 12th / Graduate.

3. Own vehicle ( Two – wheeler ) for non – metro cities

4. Ready to work with extended timing ( Applicable for Micro Banking Division Roles ) 

5. Good simple and clear communication

6. Should enjoy meeting new people

7. Ready to work in Field Sales profiles

8. Experience candidates can be considered for these profiles.

NOTE

However , Utkarsh Bank will reimburse the cost of program fee upto ₹20,000 / – to the candidate ( for sales role only ) , after completion of 1 year.

In addition , Bank shall pay another tranche of Rs . ₹20,000 / – to the candidate ( for sales role only ) , post completion of 2 years of vintage from date of joining the services of Bank.

Linkage Degree Program for Credit Officers

NIBF will facilitate , all Class 12th Passout students who joins as a Credit Officer in Utkarsh Small Finance Bank , through Micro Banking Academy to complete their graduation from any tie – up university . This will help the candidates to complete graduation while they are working with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank . The details about Linkage Degree program will be shared with bank through a separate process document .
